1. Organiser

  • This campaign (“SamaSamaWebull”) is organised by Webull [Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.] (“the Organiser”).

  1. Eligibility
  • Open to Malaysian citizens and residents aged 18 years and above.
  • Employees of the Organiser, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  1. Participation
  • Participants must download the Webull mobile application and complete one or more of the designated campaign tasks during the campaign period.
  • Task completion will be automatically recorded via the Organiser’s backend system.
  • The campaign period and requirements are as follows: Only users who register from 00:00 on August 15th to 23:59 on December 31st are eligible.
  • For Task 2 (uploading a photo with #SamaSamaWebull), participants must submit their phone number.
  • Only valid and complete entries will be considered.
  1. Campaign Tasks and Prizes
  • Tasks for Tier 1: Participants are required to complete Webull Malaysia account registration and upload a photo featuring themselves with any item or material associated with Webull.
  • For each completed task, participants will receive one (1) entry; completing both tasks will earn a total of two (2) entries.
  • Tier 1 Prizes: RM100 TnG PIN (150 units) and Limited Edition Webull Pickleball Paddle worth RM150 (20 units).
  • Tasks for Tier 2: Participants must successfully open a Webull account. Additional entries can be earned by accumulating a deposit of at least RM500 and/or RM2,000 in the Webull account.
  • Each completed task will earn one (1) entry; completing all tasks will earn a total of three (3) entries.
  • Tier 2 Prizes: iPhone 17 256GB worth RM3999 (4 units), 1 night stay at Park Hyatt KL worth RM2,000 (4 winners), TUDOR Royal 28mm Blue Dial worth RM10,440 (1 unit), TUDOR Black Bay worth RM19,520 (1 unit).
  • Each completed task earns one (1) entry into the relevant prize tier’s lucky draw.
  • Participants who complete all tasks may be eligible to win prizes from both tiers.
  • Prize images are for illustration purposes only.

5. Winner Selection

  • Winners will be selected at random via lucky draw after the campaign ends.
  • All winners will be announced on the SamaSamaWebull Landing Page within 7–10 working days after the campaign ends.
  • Winners will also be contacted directly via the phone number registered with Webull.
  • For Tier 2 prizes, winners may be required to verify their Webull account before prize collection.
  1. Prize Collection
  • RM100 TnG PIN will be sent via email provided by the winners.
  • Limited Edition Webull Pickleball Paddle worth RM150 will be delivered via post to the address provided by winners.
  • iPhone 17 256GB worth RM3999, 1 night stay at Park Hyatt KL worth RM2,000, TUDOR Royal 28mm Blue Dial worth RM10,440, TUDOR Black Bay worth RM19,520 must be collected in person at a location specified by the Organiser.
  • Winners must present valid identification and any documents requested by the Organiser to claim their prizes.
  • The organiser reserves the right to substitute prizes with others of equal or higher value.
  • Unclaimed prizes after the specified collection period will be forfeited.
  1. Substitution and Changes
  • The Organiser reserves the right to replace any prize with another of equal or higher value without prior notice.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign at its sole discretion without prior notice.
  1. Taxes and Charges
  • All taxes, duties, or other charges related to the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
  1. Disqualification
  • The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be using false information, multiple accounts, or engaging in any conduct deemed to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will not be accepted.
  • Users who registered before August 15th will not be eligible for rewards from both tiers, regardless whether they have opened an account or deposited any amount of money.
  • Users who close their accounts during the campaign period will not be eligible for the rewards. If the Webull account is deactivated during the campaign period, any rewards drawn by the deactivated account will be forfeited.
  1. Liability
  • The Organiser shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, delay, or injury incurred by participants or third parties arising from participation in the campaign or use of the prizes.
  • The Organiser shall not be responsible for technical issues, delays, or disruptions affecting participation.
  1. Privacy and Data Usage
  • By participating, participants consent to the Organiser collecting, storing, and using their personal data (including name and phone number) for the purposes of administering the campaign and prize fulfilment.
  • The Organiser will handle all personal data in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws.
  1. Final Decision
  • The Organiser’s decisions on all matters related to the campaign are final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
